Dr. Harald H. Sitte is a Professor of Psychopharmacology at the Medical University of Vienna, where he also serves as Head of Research Support at the University Clinic of Dentistry and Head of the Centre for Addiction Research and Science. He pursued medical studies in Innsbruck and Vienna, earning his doctorate with a thesis on dopamine release mechanisms. Since then, he has built a distinguished academic career in the fields of neuropharmacology and addiction research.
Dr. Sitte has published more than 160 original research articles and serves on the editorial boards of leading journals, including Trends in Pharmacological Sciences, The Journal of Biological Chemistry and Pharmacological Reviews.
