REGISTRATION

• Presenting a poster provides you with the opportunity to engage with other attendees, share your research, and start conversations that may lead to future collaborations. Your poster enables you to discuss very specific aspects of your work.
• Posters have to be prepared in ENGLISH, the official language of EKC.
• Poster boards are in portrait format and authors can make use of the full dimensions of 1m width × 2m height. We recommend preparing posters size in the ISO A0 format (portrait, 841 mm width x 1189 mm height).

• The poster boards will be arranged in accordance with competition/non-competition categories and as well as divisions.
• Authors are kindly requested to check their poster codes from the EKC2025 programme and set up the posters according to the codes marked on the panels.
• Poster panels will be available starting from 13:00 on 27th August.
• Posters need to be fixed on the designated panels NO LATER THAN 17:00, 28th August.
• Authors are expected to present their posters during the Poster Session: from 15:00 to 16:30 on 28th August.
• Authors are responsible for the setup and removal of their posters according to the schedule.

• Best Poster Awards Competition is open to those who indicated their participation during the abstract submission process.
• The EKC2025 S&T programme committee will select the winners on the basis of the poster's content, appearance, graphic excellence and presentation quality (each criterion may be weighted differently).
• Winners will be announced and awarded during the Closing Banquet. The winners must be present at the Awarding Ceremony.
