Site Visit Information

Please see the information below if you would like to have Site Visit.

The Site Visit program is an exclusive opportunity organized as part of EKC2025. If you are interested in participating, please apply during the EKC2025 registration process. However, due to limited availability, registration will close once the maximum number of participants is reached. Secure your spot early to avoid disappointment!
General Information
  • The Site Visit will take place exclusively on 25th August.
  • Two Site Visit programmes are avaialble but you can choose only one of them.
  • The number of participants for each programme is limited.
  • The detailed schedule will be announced at a later date.
Registration
  • Site Visit registration is available during the EKC2025 participant registration by selecting the Site Visit option.
  • EKC2025 registration opens on 1st April.
  • If you have applied for Site Visit, please do not forget to select it during your registration.
Payment
  • The Site Visit fee is 30 EUR.
  • The cancellation policy for the Site Visit follows the EKC2025 cancellation policy.
